Bob brings to Tier One Partners over 33 years of experience in the IT Industry with specific expertise in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Resiliency, Managed Services and Data Center Infrastructure. Bob held Executive and Sales Leadership positions at Comdisco, Forsythe and Sungard Availability Services. Bob’s founding vision for Tier One’s Business Model was to build a company based on relationships, “Tier One” best-in-class services and a consultative understanding of client’s needs. Equally important was to build a culture of mutual respect between clients, partners and Tier One.
Bob is a graduate of The University of Illinois – Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Bob’s work and private life merge often through charitable work, sailing and golf.
Nancy Barrett
Chief Operating Officer
Nancy’s career began in Sales as an Account Executive at Illinois Bell. It continued with AT&T Information Systems in the greater Chicago Metro area. After AT&T, Nancy left corporate America to focus on raising the three Barrett children. As her children got older, Nancy re-entered the workforce with careers at a Chicago based Speakers Bureau (Speaker Resource Center) and in research with Rush University Medical Center. After three years with Rush, Tier One Partners was chartered and Nancy managed the company as CEO. In December of 2015 Nancy took on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer with active responsibility for Partnership Management, Finance and all back office activities.
Nancy is a graduate of St. Mary’s University, Winona, MN with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Nancy is a marathon runner who qualified for and ran two Boston Marathons. She has a passion for volunteering in her community and also enjoys yoga, golf and sailing.
Nancy served as a Board Member of the Ethics Committee of Little Company of Mary Hospital for over 10 years. Nancy is currently on the Board of Directors of Little Company of Mary Hospital.
